If you qualify for two or more categories, your registration rate will be the lowest one applicable. For example, if you are a speaker ($400) and a referee ($450), your registration fee is $400.
Your proof of registration will be needed for hotel booking, as a limited number of rooms are available at the contracted price. Take note of your order/invoice number, which you will find in the email you receive after your payment goes through.

Payment
In the checkout, you can choose to pay by credit card, PayPal or bank (wire) transfer.
Credit Card: Be sure your credit card is authorized for online purchases to the amount needed, and that the registration address you provide is the billing address for the credit card you use for the payment. Otherwise, your payment is likely to be declined by the credit card processor.
Bank (Wire) Transfer: If you choose to pay by bank draft, select that option in the checkout, and we will email you with the transfer details. Your registration will be complete once we have received the funds, which can take several days. Please send us, at info@isfireworks.com, a PDF copy of your bank’s wire transfer receipt.
If you would like to pay for your registration with a bank draft (cheque/check) drawn on your business account, please contact info@isfireworks.com.
To help us prepare your nametags correctly in advance, please fill in the fields for Attendee name, Company and Country as applicable. There is also an “Additional Information” block on the Checkout page, if you need to tell us more.

Note: Cancellations of registrations may be subject to a $150 penalty per registration deducted from the payment refund.
