Register for the 20th ISF

Please identify your registration category from the list below. Then scroll down to select it from the dropdown list so that the “Add to cart” button appears. Select the number of people in that category, and fill in their names, company and country for our name tags.

If necessary, you can add different categories and the associated name tag information to the cart in one transaction. It’s also possible to register attendees with different company names in the same transaction. Just add each person/group separately. You will see the details for each participant after clicking “View cart” before continuing to make your payment in Checkout.

Once you have paid, you will receive a link to the Host Hotel’s booking page where you can book from the limited number of rooms available at the contracted price. TAKE NOTE OF YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

• After paying by credit card or PayPal, look for a button “Book your hotel now!“
• If you pay by bank transfer, look for that download link in the emailed invoice you will get once we have manually marked your order complete.

Symposium Proceedings

All attendees of the symposium will receive digital copies of the Proceedings and the Program on a USB flash drive. The USB flash drive may also contain files of general interest to the attendees. A printed copy of the Program will also be provided to all attendees. No printed copies of the Proceedings will be available.

Categories and Rates

If you select a category that does not actually apply to you, the Regular rate will be charged.

Payment

In the checkout, you can choose to pay by credit card, PayPal or bank (wire) transfer.

Credit Card: Be sure your credit card is authorized for online purchases to the amount needed, and that the registration address you provide is the billing address for the credit card you use for the payment. Otherwise, your payment is likely to be declined by the credit card processor.

Bank (Wire) Transfer: If you choose to pay by bank draft, select that option in the checkout. Our bank information will show up upon checkout. It will also come in the email you will receive.

Your registration will be complete once we have received the funds and manually updated your order status, which can take several days. Please send a PDF copy of your bank’s wire transfer receipt to info@isfireworks.com.

To help us prepare your nametags correctly in advance, please fill in the fields for Attendee name, Company and Country as applicable. There is also an “Additional Information” block on the Checkout page, if you need to tell us more.

Note: Cancellations of registrations may be subject to a $150 penalty per registration deducted from the payment refund.
